S&S Vending understands that exceptional service is at the heart of our business. It is for this reason that service starts with our implementation plan and continues throughout our account management system and quality control program.

Implementation Plan
S&S begins it initial service by performing a product survey for each specific location. We offer our wide variety menu to site personnel and arrive at a consensus as the basis of our initial site menu.

We then use our remote monitoring system to maintain popular items in the machines at all times and replace items that aren’t selling with different products.

We continue to perform periodic surveys with new products to ensure the site maintains a balance between “in-demand” items and new varieties that may find market appeal.

Account Management
S&S uses the most advanced technology available to manage our machines, products and services. We use this technology to:
  • Ensure the right products are continuously replenished
  • Manage cash accounting and product inventory
  • Generate accurate reports that we use for client/partner commissions
  • Monitor our machines for any malfunctions and promptly respond to any and all complaints and inquiries
This adds up to efficiency, accountability and simply good business.
